A journalist, a prison, and a long row of locked doors
100 Doors - Escape from Prison is a puzzle escape game from Peaksel. You play Megan, a young journalist who wakes up locked inside a prison building. Each level is a cell with a locked door. Find what the room is hiding and work out how to open it.
How a level works
Every room is a small puzzle. You look for hidden objects, pick them up and combine them, and use them on the room until the door opens. Along the way there are also brain games, short logic puzzles you solve on screen.
When you are stuck
Most stuck moments come from one thing you did not notice, not from a hard puzzle. Tap every part of the room, including corners, the floor and anything that looks like decoration. Check whether items in your inventory can be combined with each other, not only used on the room. If something on the wall looks like a pattern or a code, it is usually the answer to a lock somewhere else in the same room.
The game also has hints, and you can skip a level you cannot solve. A hint keeps the puzzle mostly yours; a skip moves you on. Try a hint first.
The game outside the browser
Peaksel also sells this game on iPhone and iPad, on Steam (since 2022) and on Nintendo Switch (since 2024). This page is the browser version, free to play with nothing to install.
